Terms and Conditions

Thank you for staying with us. We require a 2 night stay when booking a room on Friday or Saturday, on or off season. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. Please contact us in advance if you need to make special arrangements.  The maximum occupancy per room unless otherwise stated is for 2 people. If you need to add an additional person to your room, please let us know.  Pets are not permitted.

We provide towels, bed linen, soaps and shampoo. Hairdryers and toothpaste are not provided, so please plan accordingly.

Continental breakfast is complimentary. We provide toast, muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, coffee & tea, and juice.

All rooms are subject to Minnesota State & Local tax, and a 3% Lodging tax.  Credit card bookings paid online are securely processed by our payment processor Stripe and your card is not retained on our website for security purposes.

Cancellations: Your payment will be fully refunded if cancelled 7 days prior to check-in during peak season. If less than 7 days, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
